Cary Central Rotary Club's primary fundraiser is our "Taste of Rotary". Our event which features local area restaurants and casino night is now in its 32nd year. Our next event is scheduled to take place in the Spring of 2020.

A Taste of Rotary is an exciting evening of fun, food, fellowship, and dancing in a casino-like environment. There will be many opportunities to win games and increase your chance at the grand prize. Throughout the evening, we will have gift basket raffles and special Rotarian presentations to complement a variety of restaurants on-hand showing off choices from their menus. Our goal is to raise funds to support the many groups and projects we support in our community as we model the Rotary message and goal of “Service Above Self”. All funds and donations received at this event are used to support our Rotary Club’s humanitarian, educational, and community programs such as:
- Meals On Wheels of Wake County
- Habitat for Humanity of Wake County
- Life Experiences: Job opportunities for people with disabilities
- Boys and Girls Homes of North Carolina
- Rise Against Hunger of Raleigh
- Salvation Army of Wake County
- CORRAL Riding Academy
- Kingswood Elementary School
- Veteran's Freedom Park, Cary, NC
- College scholarships and more!
Rotarians give many hours of time in service to the community and with these funds raised through this event, we are able to reach further in attending to the needs of others in our community.
One can participate through a donated item, purchasing a $150 ticket or becoming a Sponsor for contributions starting at $500.
